Lower oil pan gasket?

Post by SpookyDad »

Did the civilian version of the GMC 270 engine have a separate lower oil pan?
I ordered an oil pan gasket and was sent the upper gasket, which is fine.

I need the smaller lower one.

Don't forget you can always make one with a sheet of gasket material if you have the pan off , don't use the crap in the tubes it can clog a oil pump if it gets in the system .
