The owner is from the Netherlands.
He indicated to me when he sent the picture that it was from this years (2008) Market-Garden Memorial festivities. The Dutch have huge celebrations every year at many of the towns on Hell's Highway. This is from Ginkelse Heide, the drop zone for the British Para's who landed 8 miles to the Northwest of Arnhem.
I was on this road 2 years ago when I was lucky enough to participate in the Market-Garden 'Race to the Bridge'.
Truly a memorable event and a very nice looking truck.
