John,did you know/see this lock nut with incorporated leather seal? Any doubt see page 13-11,Fig-16(Outer Bearing Oil Seal) from TM10-1563.

I have seen them with rubber but not with leather,if you mean the Banjo rear axle outer seal.

Yes John,exactly Banjo rear axle outer seal.Today rubber is a substitute of the leather.But thanks for the information.Now I will try to get one to put in my rear left side of the truck.I dismounted it to make new threads,bolts 3/8"x14Gx1 7/16".
