Now if you want to be really correct, when you mount your Duals, the Handholes in the wheels should be lined up so that the Valve Stems in the Inside and Outside Wheels are 180 Degrees apart. For you Jeep nuts, there is also a rule for the Valve Stem on your Spare, you have a choice of either 2 O'Clock, or 10 O'Clock.
