Hi guys , i`m new at this forum and i own a gmc 352 shop van. Can everybody tell me why has my gmc 352 A1 with the serial number CCKW 352 50084A1 with a st5 body the same lenght how a 353 shop van? And when you see under the truck is the same chassis like the 352 but longer!!!

hey guys , i found at the great gmc book an answer.
My gmc is a chevrolet build He is from the contract no. W-398-QM-10250-ITEM 1C and that 1C says (breaking down of a crossmember into two assemblies) the long 352 chassis are build at the st.louis plant by chevrolet.
Hi yes normally it is a 353 but this is not the only one. i see a few mores 352 with long chassis. when i start with the restoration then i make the pics at this forum.
I have never seen a 352 with a the workshop body before ........
