This appears to be a flashing emergeny light. No stampings or PNs. The bulb is GE M146.

Looks like a later M-series light and b/o bracket... possibly/probably off of an M151 or M38/A1

Agreed Blackdog. However it does appear military, so could have been on any type of emergency vehicle, but definately the M series truck.
